Why doesn't the website display correctly in my web browser?

The Ayurvedic Tongue™ website is designed to meet the latest HTML, CSS, and JavaScript standards. Older web browsers may not meet these standards. Our site has been tested and works with Internet Explorer (versions 7 and 8), FireFox (versions 3 and 3.5), Safari (versions 3 and 4), and Chrome (version 3). The most standards compliant web browser is available is Safari. You can download it here. If you have any issues with the pages not rendering properly, please upgrade your web browser to the latest version. Internet Explorer is the least secure web browser, and is not recommended for use.

What happens when I place my order?

All credit card orders are processed on secure web servers (SSL) by PayPal® payment service. The Ayurvedic Tongue™ never has access to your personal information at any time. Orders will appear on your credit card statement as PAYPAL*TONGUEPOSTR.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from PayPal. You will also receive a receipt from The Ayurvedic Tongue™, which will have a detailed list of your order. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an e-mail confirmation which will contain your delivery confirmation number so you can track the status of your order.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We are happy to offer FREE shipping to all orders shipped within the United States. Shipping will still apply to all international orders. Before you finalize your order, you will see the actual amount you will be charged for shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?

At The Ayurvedic Tongue™, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We only use USPS Priority Mail when shipping our products. This guarantees that you will have your order in hand within 2-3 days (within the United States). All of our orders are shipped with delivery confirmation at no extra charge.

How can I track my order once it's shipped?

You can visit the USPS web site by following this link. You will need the tracking number we provided you in the shipment notification e-mail. It may take up to 12 hours after the order has been shipped for your status to be updated in their system.

What if my items in my order are damaged?

If the items you received are damaged due to defects or because they left the warehouse in that condition, we will replace those items for you at no charge. If the items are damaged in-transit or by the postal service, we cannot be responsible.

Do you offer a return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a full refund, less shipping if applicable, within 30 days of your order date. Unless noted, all of our products abide by this policy.

Do you sell in bulk? Can I order custom items?
